I was thinking that Buzzerbeater might consider gifting one month of Supporter on the corresponding birthday month of its users.
For any current Supporter, it would extend their supporter-ship by one month, and for any non-supporter it would allow them a one month trial ( I am aware that new users are granted a short Supporter trail).

I think it would be beneficial to current Supporters by showing a little gratitude and celebrating with them :)
I think for non-supporters it would be a 4 week 'taste" of supporter, presumable a second taste now that they might have become more familiar with the game.

This could be done by checking managers' registered birth day/month, and restricted so that it can only be granted once per calendar year (so managers can't just change their registered b-day to exploit the gift)

Just something to think about - It would be a simple and very gracious birthday gift to those who invest their time into this fun game!

I'd even appreciate just having BB sending me a beer on my birthday.

But I like this strategy. If we all demand a month of Supporter, maybe they'd compromise and send us all a beer instead...

I like the idea. 1 month might seem too long though, maybe just 2 weeks. I guess it would depend on how many people would become supporters because of this 1 month trial. Because this 1 month trail won't increase sales among players that are already supporters, so it would be a balancing act between not losing too much income because supporters buy less frequently because of this free extra month, and how many new supporters they get.

I like it and I think that 1 month is a perfect length. Just enough time to write a few cool press releases and get a nice flashy logo to show off to the community. Do you mean every birthday i live to have though? I think it should just be your first birthday with the feature implemented, if it ever is and that seems rather unlikely.

personally i have small privacy issues with it(maybe change it to birthday of the club), but even if i would be happy to get it i could imagine that it isn't that cheap for the BB.

For the birthday supporter. I say one week is enough.

1 month is better, because you will miss these things after longer period of using. I had supporter like year ago and still miss it. Besides would be good to see any sentiment around this birthday thing. Birthday of the club would make better sense, because you can publicly celebrate that with a reason.
