I have a question for any and all candidates what specific changes will you make to the U21 and what can you offer that has not been offered by previous coaches?

I'm not sure how much Coco interacted with people training potential U21 players or if he had any help. I'm planning on using a small group of people to try to get as personal a touch as possible with each owner. Hopefully, this will improve the u21 team AND better the community surrounding it. I'm hoping to keep track and give recognition to the players as they progress from 18 to 21. Something like a top 5 per age group. Basically, organizational changes to try to encourage involvement and hopefully encourage people to help our trainees to stay here. I believe this should lead to stronger players in the long run. Our game to game tactics won't change much.

If you only use a small group of ppl, do you fear alienating the rest of the US community who may want to contributing at the NT level? How will you try to keep all users within the US engaged?

Well, only a small group of people to communicate with owners training potential players via BB-mail or any other medium the owners are more comfortable with. We don't want 50 people talking to one person about how best to train their player. We really don't want 3 people an owner different ways to train his player. The NT board and talking to me personally through MSN or BB-mail are awesome ways to give input on anything. Our players, opposing teams, tactics. Whatever. If you talk to me enough that I trust you, you can txt me too. I'd love to take any ideas from other people as well. Maybe Xarn, who had a problem with the message board portion.

In the past, some user had been disgruntled with the results and alleged that there is a lack of transparency of the U21/NT coaches ran things. How will you change this perception? Does not only utilizing a small group continue the policy that lacks transparency? How will the rest of the USA users hold the coaches accountable? How will you win back the those who had made these allegations?

As I said before, the small group is only for communicating with owners of potential u21 players. I'm talking 18,19,20 yos. Our U21 is not opaque at all. If you put forward a minimal amount of effort, you can have your voice heard. Everybodies input into the game is important. We can't be super transparent or it would be too easy for other teams to take advantage of it. The communication has to be in something of a secure channel. The best input that can be given it the interpretation of data scouted from opposing teams. I'd welcome any sort of idea people have to make the discussions and team easier to access than the message board, I'm just not sure what that would be.
