Hi guys. I have two young players (19 years old) and have plans use them 40 minutes per game, 3 games per week. How you think, this will help them grow faster or not? thanks

It will not improve or harm their training. 48 full minutes provides the exact same training as 96 full minutes. Going under 48 minutes per week will however lead to less training.

Why your training won't be hurt by playing 120 minutes a week the effectiveness of the players will decrease significantly. Playing too many or too few minutes hurts a player's gameshape and gameshape can have a significant impact on how well a player performs. Aim for between 55 and 75 minutes per week when possible. (The exact range is debated, but that general band should at least not lead to a steep decline)

With the tournament, I am going to have 3 games this week. Will the minutes I play in the tourney game apply to the rest? I don't want to have 90 minutes on each player for the week just from a GS perspective...

You will only be able to start him for 2 or the 3 games. If he gets over 80 minutes there is s fair chance his game shape will drop. As manager it's up to you whether u think using him in league games or the cup is more important.

In your case, save them for League game. there's literally 0% chance of you winning it >.< only start competing i cup when you're in Div 1 or Div 2 top tier

unless you want better draft pick, then play them i cup.

I disagree. Although you may not be winning the overall cup, each cup victory gives you extra income which you otherwise wouldn't have so it might be worth going for a cup run, especially in the start of the cup when you might be matched against weaker opponents.

So, i have a problem cause my two players played around 40 minutes in the first game. For sure they will have more then 80 minutes per week for 3 games.

Play them as backups for the next 2 games and you will be fine. Or backup in one and not at all in the other.
