Which is better for training puposes? Someone with 48 minutes or 48+ minutes?

They arn't the same as minutes are rounded up so what shows at 48 minutes in training would actually be something like 47 minutes 40 seconds. 48+ minutes is needed for full training

Actually those 20 seconds don't matter. If it was actually 47 minutes and 40 seconds, then it would have rounded to 48 minutes which means full training.

That is not correct. Full training isn't determined by minutes, it is determined by the number of seconds. 48 minutes = 2880 seconds. That is how many seconds are required for full training, if you get 47 minutes and 40 seconds then you are 20 seconds less than full training and so you only get 2860 seconds worth of training. However, you would still get about 95% of training.

Naker Virus is right. I´ve read several times that 48 isn´t the same than +48 and the lost of training is not proportional.
So, if +48 is 100% of training, 48 is an undefined percentage but it isn´t 98%.
