do the minutes that my all stars play in the all star game count for weekly traning? And also is their an all star mvp, because I had the top 2 scorers in the game and was hoping it may help merchandise sales.

The All star game in no way helps merchandise sells. It gives no advantage or disadvantage in any way. The minutes will not count for training purposes. Most people just train stamina or FT's during all star week.
