I have to say shot blocking is very underated, it really helps increase a players defensive impact. Two players with the same ID for example will have a big gap in how good they are at stopping offenses if they have a big difference in shot blocking skill. Driving is also underated and I try to make sure all my players have some driving, it is my favorite skill. What do you guys think is the most underated skill?

I'll have to agree with Blocking being underrated. Vernon Partridge set a team record of 7 blocks this past game against the Bangerz (he's now the league leader in blocks per game with 2.1/game).

At the same time, I doubt he would be where he is at now had I decided not to train Stamina this season. He's got mad skills as a low post defender/scorer but he kept seeing his production dwindle more and more because he had atrocious stamina. Although Damon Mohr is a hell of a backup at Center, I needed to see my more out of Vernon Partridge and the bumps he received in Stamina this season really helped him play at his high level for longer stretches.

Not only did he see an improvement in his play, so did everybody else. If you have a weak team, train your player's skills. Once their skills start peaking and they get to a point where they really don't see too many pops, start getting their stamina up some so they stay on the court a little longer.

umm.....

who's underrating these skills?
showeth that knave to thee at once? :)
DIII4 guys know WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY better ....jk

If there were one then I'd say handling..... it helps that mysterious stat Offensive flow...O.F. could also be underrated too... I also find that good SF's need high levels of handling.

PS: I could have asked before......."AMONG DIII teams , where do we rank?" :/

we have to be top 5 at least...no?

Those basterds, if Pistons didnt get a walkover every game maybe we would have a higher rating. You had 3 teams? LOL
