Hello I understand how they work a bit, I don't know what I should use as my tactics in a normal game. I am going to use motion vs bots as it has been a bonus vs them. How do I know that is best for my team. I train c/ pf the most..

I urge you to download coachparrot:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/coachparrot/
Coachparrot is a BB assistant tool, it's a great way to analyze different line ups and tactics, giving you a reflection of what your team ratings will be with any particular settings. It can also indirectly give you ideas on where your team needs improvements. And that's not even the half of it, as there are several other useful tools like training coefficients, a salary calculator, etc. Just input your team data into the mydata pool and take it slow, it's hard to grasp at first.
You can read more about the program here:

You can also try reading the parrot monologues, which detail the nuances of the tool and the game:

You'll need this to run coachparrot:

coach parrot seems great. though im too impatient to learn it. Although i recomend you download and try it.
However if your PF/C are your strongest palyers, then use an inside focus like look inside. Be sure your Guards have good passing for this focus.
