That would be the goal. The magic number is 5456 teams to start needing a 6th division. I bet the BB's are adding it now instead of having to scramble to like they had to in Hong Kong.

i know this is probably a dumb question but what happens to the teams that were relegated from D V? they cant move down (as of now) to a lower division, so what happens to them?
