The 'Next event' field value appears to be incorrect.
My time zone is CET. Does the error have something to do with the fact that I'm playing the match in Brasil?

You answered your own question. The game is played at the Brazilian game time, and not your time. By my calculations 23:00 CET hits the mark.

Edit: The text should read "Next Games in [your country]" .. the event text is misleading, not the time.
I'll sort that out tomorrow ..
