Playoff crunch time and playoff normal is only available during the playoffs. They are not available for cup games. Cup games have the same options as normal league games.
Incorrect. Later rounds do have the Playoff enthusiasm choices. The last three rounds in Canada do, for example.
Assuming that the quarter-finals is where the neutral-site, playoff-enthusiasm games begin in all countries (I didn't check the rules, maybe it's in there), the playoff enthusiasm should start with the round after the current one in Egypt, i.e. the July 28th games. So apparently no bug.
Edit: The rules on tournaments:
(/community/rules.aspx?nav=Tournament)The final two rounds of the tournament will be at a neutral site for countries with less than four divisions. For countries with four or more divisions, the final three rounds will be at a neutral site, and for countries with six divisioins, the final four rounds will be at a neutral site.
So for Egypt (with 2 divisions), the playoff enthusiasm choices presumably start (along with the neutral sites) in the semi-finals, i.e. August 4th games.
