Hi,i train outside shooting with a lvl 5 trainer for 3 weeks for SG only and not even one player has improved in this time...not even a 23 all-time great player and a 22 hall of famer player,i think there is something wrong with the training system in outside shooting or with my team,can someone please check it out and send me an answer? i'm in the game since season 2 and never had such non-improvement with my players in traning.

those are old players, are you training SG or SG/PG ? if it is dual, there can go about 4-6 weeks to get pop.

18 yo player pops in 2-3 weeks in 1 positision training so 22-23 yo player take 3-5 weeks i think at 1 place training
