Hello,

Its' been 4 weeks now i've been training PASSING for the whole team, and each week at least 13 players played 48 minutes or more (=so full training), but during those 4 weeks nobody got any better in anything !! Is this normal ??
How long does it usually take before a player goes up one level in passing ?

Because i find this very strange, that really nobody got better in passing during all those weeks. And so i'm getting worried that maybe, the passing training doesn't work as it should.
Or is my situation totally normal ?

grtz,

Don't train for the whole team. Do 1 or 2 position. Team training takes a long time.

Take a look here to see how much time does each training take:

But i don't have a choice but to train whole team, because it's especially my SF's i want to train, because they are very weak in passing, and so tyhe only way to train them is by training the whole team, there is no other option.

You can play your SF at the PG position and train Passing for the PG.
You could do this in a scrimmage to make it easier if you want.
