You can buy one.... I think there are a few in the draft but I'm not completely sure...

how do you buy one..... That low potential is not in the minimum potential in the transfer list thing where you fill out the info.

You can choose Max potential Bench Warmer and try your luck that way. Will still have a few pages of results but there is no better way to do it :P
