I know I'm about to lump several suggestions into one post, but I think they're all related and would make browsing the forums a bit more smooth IMO.

Ignore thread: Some sort of handy way to completely ignore a thread would be nice. Currently, all I can do is set the priority to low, but it still pops back up whenever some punk wants to make a comment about Chuck Norris or something.

Ignore User: This could be a Supporter feature, so that if users find other managers annoying or are constantly baited into arguments by a certain user, that user's posts could be hidden from view.

Bookmark Posts/threads: Another possible supporter feature that would make finding important posts/threads quick and easy, and make better use of bookmark space.

Reply to Everybody: A handy link that would save the poor soul who wrote post #1 or #11 in a welcome thread from being consistently replied to by noobs (among other things). Not to mention saving the work of altering the drop-down to change it to "Everybody".

Organize Folders: It would be nice to have some method of organizing the folders one is subscribed to without having to remove folders from your favorites only to re-add them in the order you'd like them to appear. Perhaps the ability to set folder priority would fix this, or some sort of ordering mechanism similar to how draft picks are organized.

OK, I think that's all I have right now. Maybe not "several" ideas, but enough to hopefully start some discussion.

I would really love this feature. I think it's useful to have the capability to bookmark both individual posts and complete threads.

I already commented this in the thread on the new post rating system and might as well add this here. Having bookmarking both for posts and threads would allow building a post/thread recommendation system. In this context the separation of individual posts and threads is essential.

I just thought of another one. If the first thread in a conference is a sticky thread, you read that thread every single time you enter that forum, even if you've already read it hundreds of times. I'm sure this is useful for rules threads, but not for welcome/introduce yourself threads, some of which are years old, making the first few posts dated and irrelevant.

What I suppose I'm saying is that clicking on a forum in the sneak peek should take you to the first unread post in that forum, not the post you've read a hundred times.

I love the bookmarking threads and posts idea as well.

I would also like it if when you make a post it shows you the post just before yours. The reason being that i frequently post in a thread but miss being able to read some posts because they were posted while i was typing my post. It is a pain to have to check every time.

I agree with that, as for whatever reason, it marks the posts made while you were typing as read, even though you've never seen them.

These are all good ideas, and the one I love most are 1,2 and 4. Mostly 1 and 2. Well, specially 2.

Nice ideas

The come-back of the unread posts for forum leagues indicated directly on the overview league page would be nice too.
There are still too many people that don't pay attention to their forum league.
