Rather than let people blindly train someone for weeks and weeks to notice he isnt getting pops because he has reached cap, implement some sort of progress % bar to let at least supporters know when to stop training, or how much training there is left. Similiar to the progress bar of skill pops for supporters.

The cap is a soft cap, so technically you just keep training with diminished returns, right?Check out the Ismael Grubbs guy...totally over-trained past his soft cap. I guess the owner didn't understand that player skills were capped. :-)
I think it should be free. There are really lot of managers which doesnt know anything about anything.
