Hey guys, what do you think, how shall i proceed with this guy? i want to make him an awesome Small Forward... Peaked?

All I can say is WOW!! all he needs is some more rebounding inside d and shooting, probably in that order!!
That is to make him a total all court player... otherwise as the other guy said get those outside skills even higher!!

I like shot blocking too but you wont like the salary if you get that up high as well!!

His inside skills would need a lot of work before you could call him an awesome SF, particularly his ID. As has been said his height will make training inside skills very slow.

I personally, if you can afford it, would consider getting a level 6 or level 7 trainer with high salary that you buy for really cheap, and use him to train up the inside skills. You could get 3 pops in ID, 1 pop in IS, and 2 pops in Rebounding and he would be a freak. More ID would be great as well. Then you can revert back to a lower level trainer and it won't have cost you much.
Just a different perspective :)
