To play Princeton u need to have a very good "Driving" Skills. And to play Motion u need to have a very good "JS-JR" Skills with less emphasis on Driving.
is my analysis correct?
Feel free to contribute about the other tactics.

I haven't played princeton enough to have much of an opinion on it other than:
a) There are a lot of three point shots so I'd assume you'd need high JR to use it
b) It takes a particular set of personnel which I do not have.

As for motion, I personally think it can be effective if you have high JS, passing and handling. JR is less important but you still need reasonable JR (but less than for run and gun or princeton). I don't think high JR is necessary though.
Driving is still useful to have in any tactic and I wouldn't discount it but entirely. I find it useful to have a PG with decent driving so he can create his own shot late in the clock if need be. That said, I think you could get away with relatively low DR in a motion offense.

when u play princeton u must know that all players will shot from the perimeter, including PF and C.so u need good JS at least.i dont know if driving is important.
