As the title, may I know what is the seats limit for bleacher and lower tier, I was thinking that both of that seat does not limited because it is not mentioned in game manual.

And, for example, assumed that in a home game and the home team forfeited, does the attendance revenue is still earned?

And, if I start a game with 3 player and one of them got injured or foul-out in the middle of the game, will the game still go on?

There is no limit for bleachers and lower tier seats. HOWEVER, the total arena seats limit soft cap is 20k. So essentially, 20k is the limit. However you could sell 20000 bleachers and 0 lower tier seats, or you could sell 0 bleachers and 20000 lower tier seats. << Not exactly right, but I hope it illustrates the point. There is no limit on how many individual seats you sell, but in terms of the overall arena, 20k is the soft cap.

If you have a home game, and the home team forfeits, the home team will still get the attendance.

As long as you start the game with 3 players, the game will continue to the end. Doesn't matter if they all get injured or all of them foul out. Lucky Fans will replace the players and the game will continue.

Oh sorry I have another question after going through the second time, is there a study done for the soft cap? Can you show me to the research post? Or maybe it is mentioned by the game developer or manual which I missed.

not exactly.... only the winner (no matter where they play) gets a fixed prize (50.000 $ for early stages , it rises as you move on) that is called as attendance revenue on the Financial

Cup games do not provide attendance money. Winner of a cup game gets a certain amount of money depending on what round it is. Check the FAQ thread.

The BBs said it is the soft cap. Can't find the post at the moment though.

I'm so sorry, I feel like double posting for question about the cup, this thread(144856.7) explained clearly about it, I thought it was going to explain schedule so I skipped it, and cup explanation is there lol.

And take a look at ESV arenahttp://www.buzzerbeater.com/team/26163/arena.aspx, the attendance really move around 19000-21500 excluding his cup.

Yeah the 20000 is a soft cap. So you can get more than that but it is much harder.
Highest I have seen is around 22500 seats sold.
