I don't know if this already happens(I dont think it does), but i was thinking when you replace a staff then that staff should go on the market like a regular staff with a starting price of 1000 and when the staff is bought(if) then the previous owner would receive the money. I mean the owner would not be putting a price on the staff so I don't think it would make too much of a difference.
Maybe an addition could be that if the staff isn't bought by the first deadline then it goes back on the market but previous owner won't get money.
Thoughts?

i am bit scared of the developement of the salarys especially for the staff types with heavy demands like the level 5+ trainers.

You are right when you fire a staff member he went back on the market again, but actually he get gets a new random salary and i don't think that would work with your proposal because you need to get a loss in value over the time. So the question is, would you like to see the money drawn out of the system through salaries or signing fees.
