This is the trainee:

Age: 18
Height: 6'6" / 198 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Game Shape: strong
Jump Shot: awful Jump Range: inept
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: respectable
Driving: average Passing: average
Inside Shot: pitiful Inside Def.: atrocious
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: inept
Stamina: inept Free Throw: mediocre
Experience: atrocious

I am first training JS to at least 7. I haven't decide what to do after that. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Not the greatest trainee because of his poor shooting. OD would be a good starting point as well as shooting.

Yeah i agree with the other poster, you should increase his jump shot, and you should work on his inside shot a little as well as outside defense.

You have to single train him. He is very behind because you did not train him during the season. Get all of his primary skills up to 8. I wouldnt bother training him though. too much too do.

His inside shot should get 1-2 pops if he trains JS all the way to 7.

You could make him into a decent PG for div V or IV. But unless you single-train him, he won't increase enough to get to div III quality
