Had a player injured during a forfeit, my opponent only added one player in his line up in this game : (23046688) .

I never noticed this could happen.

So checking if this is some kind of bug or if during those kind of games injuries are still bound to happen.

Are you sure Cabioch's injury wasn't from a different game?

It wasn't from a different game, I just checked :)

And it isn't a bug, I think the game engine runs the game on purpose so that injuries can still occur.
Otherwise the BBs would have simply made it that the game engine doesn't run the game in the event of a walkover.

This is not a bug. You get training minutes and you get a risk of injury. The team causing the WO gets nothing. Arena income is treated normally in WO games.

Were you drunk when you wrote your answer ? ;)

I mean, you don't really get training minutes, in this game I was "lucky" and only got 46 min played at each position. If that was a normal game I should get 48 right?

In my team's stat, I can read Cabioch played 16 games. So it seems like he got injured during a game that never happened, if you check his personnal stats you'll see he played in 16 league games and the walkover.

If teams did not get revenue out of walkover it would allow teams to sabotage a team's economy, half a league sacrificing a game would cripple anyone's economy. Losing home game revenue just can't happen, so I don't really buy the argument about arena's income.

Players don't get stats during those games which dont count in the minimum games to play to qualify for league leaders, which could result in a loss in merchandise.

Anyway thanks for clarifying this is not some kind of bug: Design flaws are a lot less frustrating.

No.

Yes, you actually do. The game isn't played, but you will still get minutes for training and game shape management. These minutes are given in a specific way, because the game doesn't really take place. To balance that, you have a risk of injury.
