Same here...nice to be only 1 season Finland NT-manager :-) Hope they fix it... Don't wanna read message "we're sorry, but there's nothing we can do to take it back, so we have to keep this election going..."

Should I ask participants for the election to hold their horses, or can they start campaining in the excisting threads? If they have to wait I suggest freezing the election so no one can enter the election yet. That way you prevent participants entering the wrong election and not competing in the real election without noticing. Sometimes people act on autopilot and does not register the news. I know I do from time to time.
