How long is one year in game time? Is it the same for real time or is 1 season considered as one year..
If the former, we will be having a tremendous influx of young players as there will be around 3 or 4 drafts in a calendar year which I think is bad (just look at the NBA, they put in an age limit in order to restrict the number of young players coming in).
If the latter, then it seems that the window for player development is very small. We would probably have 16 weeks per season and I don't know what is the maximum pops a player had in a season but considering
ideal
conditions (young player / level 10 trainer / enough playing time) lets say a player at most would get 4 pops generously/season. And it just slows down after that due to age / higher threshold before popping etc. This I just want to throw out there..
