Hi, my friend (who plays BB too) are at my house now and he'll be logging in from my computer so I believe I need to imform that I'm not having multi-account etc but where do I post this kind of information?

either BB-mail a GM with all the information
or just open a "cheating" ticket about yourself writing that you and your friend will use the same IP
the rules apply that you don't transfer players between each other

There can be more than one people playing from the same house or computer. They however really must be separate persons. One user, one team. One team, one user. No transfers between visiting friends/siblings/colleagues/neighbours/etc.

Yeah I won't do that. I've also told my friend that we cannot transfer players between two of us.

The rules here are not that irrational. My roommate also plays and we regularly use both the same internet connection and the same computer to log in. As long as you're communicating with the GMs and not doing sketchy things people aren't going to act like power hungry teenagers.
