Wat up?

I have a 26 year old center wit salary $ 54 168,height 6'9 and main skills:

JS-8...IS-14( had 1 pop last week)...RB-14...ID-11...Blockin is 8 & condition 3...I paid for him about 1kk few days ago and i thought it was well money spent...boom first game in polish III league and he gets 6 fouls in 15 min<<LOL..i guess he has a big hidden agression skill or somethin...well my opponent's PF and C were pretty good but still why he got fouled out so quick?...and my question is:how long it will take for him to get 1 pop in ID 2-3 weeks or longer? and will it help in gettin' less fouls?... it was his first game on my team and still he can prolly do a lot better in others but i do have a feeling that he will be close of gettin fouled out in way to many games...any opinions, suggestions?

thanks in advance for helpin me out, greetz :)

You might want to look at increasing is OD and/or stamina as well if you want him to foul less, but those will have a pretty minimal effect.

One ID pop for a 26 year old who is 6'9" is likely going to take much longer than 3 weeks. I don't know how long that would be but 4-5 or more would not be outlandish.

I would go further to say more than 5 weeks.

Last season I had a 25 year old C which I was training in ID. He was 7'1 and it took him close to 6-7 weeks of training to pop in ID. At 26, I'd say it'd probably take even longer.

Any training above 24 years old becomes really ineffective.

^^ actually now it becomes clear that it requires at least 4 to 6 weeks which is waste of time cuz i got 19yr pg and few others on PG/SG wit much bigger possibility of poppin them skills :)...thanx for help anyways
