From my experience, I bought a world-renowed doctor before and when I replace it, it'll go to the transfer list.

Anyway, does anyone know how the game generate staff?

Especially a world-renowned trainer with fitness specialty, I'm interested to maintain a world-renowned trainer with fitness specialty. I hope it is not limited.

I don't mind and in fact, I'm grateful that you gave a response :)

I hire a WR doctor to prevent injury of my trainee.

I don't think the staff go back to the transfer list after you replace with another staff because otherwise the staff salaries will be very high and eventually it will be so expensive that even competent staff's salaries could go over $100k. I think once in a while new staff are generated through the game engine.

'HAHA' right back at you for overgeneralising all small country players based on what a new player did / said.

Vandar is right, when you fire or remplace a staff, he return on the TL. But in the move, he thinks of his situation and understand that he is overpayed and accept to reduce his demands. So when he hit back the TL, he is not at the same salary than when we fire/remplace him.

Yep. I replaced two staff members today, and they went back up on the staff market at exactly 85% of the salary at which they were fired. One was fired with a severance fee (next week's salary) of $19,060 and is now available with a salary of $16,201. The other was fired at $18,437 and is now available at $15,671. Both were advanced, so I'm not sure if the 85% figure applies to all levels or just advanced.
