Hi guys,

last week I have received really strange results of the training. So, I am writing to ask if any one of you got anytime something similar. I have been training 4 players this week concentrated on pressure, 3 of them are my trainees (20 yrs old, less than 185 cm, potential at least allstar), the fourth guy got training by chance, he is 29 yrs old and has higher OD than the others. What happened was, that he was the only guy that obtained a pop that week. My question is how come that a guy 9 yrs older, having better skills (so harder to increase) is the only guy getting upgrade out of 4??
That sounds really weird for me.

Greetings!

I guess that every training gives some percentage to the currently learned skill. So, when the player reaches percentage of 100% the skill grows up. Am I right?

Basically yes. If you get your team for example. Different players might be at different sublevels. For example your young guard has OD at 7,12 while your older guy has it at 7,99. Hypotethically let's say your young guy receives 0,5 levels for 2 pos training and the older guy get's 0,2 levels per training. Your young guy will have 7,62 OD and older guy has 8,19 OD after fridays practice. Older guy get's a "pop" it does not mean his training is faster.

OK, thanks!
Well, I don't train 29 yrs old player. It was a casuality. One of my guards got 6 fouls in the game and he could not obtain 48 minutes played during that week, so I decided to traing PG with SG.
