I recently got a level 6 (exceptional) PR guy in order to raise my attendance because his salary wasn't bad at $25K. However, my game just ended and I actually got less attendance in this game than my last "regular" (non cup or playoffs) game. I'm losing about 5K per week anyways, so should I replace him with a level 3 PR guy (same level as my last one) and avoid losing more money?

PR effects seem to be gradual or minimal, so looking at one weeks results probably won't tell you much.

The effects to attendance and merchandising aren't fully understood. We just got through discussing this common misunderstanding in another thread (161577.1) I can recommend a level 2 PR for specialty, but otherwise there is no widely accepted recommendation for PR staff levels. Good luck with your choices.

i think level 6 staff is to much for league IV, maybe he will work out at div 1 or 2 teams where small increase(like 1%) make much more "extra" money.

Thnx for the advice, decided to take it and get a $8,500 salary level 3 PR guy. It cost me some money and was a little annoying, but it's better to just cut my losses and forget about it.
