Dear GM and BB ,

i know this is not a easy job for you, especially sometimes recieving the bulk of reactions from us players to the extent of some writing in a not so polite manner. and its a free game yeah free!

for anything else for the great job, the entertainment and all i thank you! me and my friend though.

also if we write in a unrightly manner to any thing that is said that sometimes pissed you guys off, i thank you for your patience and understanding.

so for the part of this i will said, seeing in the bugs bugs thread that my friend was just trying to get the attention of the gm and bb to a problem that his game didnt start on time, and now i read though he won the losing team was given the ticket to the next round???

sadly to see this but if its the pusnishment of someone trying to understand if this is a bug or a problem or just a server issue is a way of also getting your attention to some things in this game. i mean my game didnt start on time and right now it still havent. we are all fans here, i just feel that i guess our opinion or our voice isnt that important to some here. next time if i or we find out something we will just keep quiet then.

my friend and i would want to say you done a hell lot of great job so thanks again ( no sarcasm here)

I agree that the Bugs forum could be policed a little better in terms of a response from the BBs/GMs. Right now it serves as almost more of a contact page, where threads don't get responded to for days at a time, or are quickly closed.

I'm sure the BBs/GMs wouldn't want you to stay quiet in the future if there is a problem, they definitely don't want mistakes in the game. So please, for the benefit of all of us, keep talking. ;)

I can assure you that the GMs and BBs don't want you or your friend to be quiet. Every report of a bug or problem is, at some point, examined by the staff. At the same time, we all must understand the sheer number of issues facing the staff on a daily basis. Just because your issue isn't addressed within several minutes, hours, (or even days!) does not mean it is being ignored

It does no good for a BB or GM to respond to an issue in the Bugs forum and then do nothing about it.

Also, understand that we GMs are not capable of dealing with bugs and malfunctions within the game. These are things only the BBs can handle.

Buzzerbeater is a game for the users. We appreciate your patience, loyalty, and understanding. And, please, don't keep quiet! ;)
