I am not sure if this has been suggested, so I apologize if it has.
I would think having a buddy list IM chat, would be a good supporter feature.
You can have a "group chat also with people on your buddy list ect. ect."
This would add another reason to get supporter for people that dont have it and an easier wayto talk to friends besides through BB mail.
