I have a LvL 6 Trainer who I have training Jump Shot for my Forwards. (I like to Run and Gun). The 4 guys I am giving 48+ plus to are ages 20, 20, 21, 24. Being forwards they are a bit tall 6'8, 6'11, 7', 7'. I have been training on Jump Shot for 3 weeks now and only 1 guy has gone up in JS and that was the 24 year old 6'11. I have gotten a pop on Inside Shot on one and but nothing else. What makes me especially crazy is that my HOF at 20 years old and 6'8 has not POP ANYTHING. Is it time to drop my trainer ? Or am I being too impatience ?

Thanks in advance for your advice.

Potential has no effect on training speed. Higher potential simply means that you can train them to a higher level.

I'd say you'd just be on very high sub levels at the moment and probably see some pops next week but please use the Help forums for these kind of questions in the future.
You can find a training speed overview thread there as well to give you a rough idea of what sort of speeds you should be expecting.
