Everything about my team is centered (irony) around this guy. However due to his height I am trying something different. When I want to train his IS or ID, I put him at the C. Training his HD has him at the SF. And After the AS break I'm putting him at PG to train OD. Am I hurting franchise by doing this? I mean he is popping like I want him to, but since he's my future and all, am i hindering his development esp since I got him at 19? If so, how would you suggest i train him?

I would train his inside skills for this whole season. (rebounding up to proficient) and IS up some more. Then next season train outside skills for a year....

What I did with my 6,4 player (last year he was a rookie), I trained inside skills(got them all to proficient) this year I am training outside skills along with my now drafted rookie.
I am making this guy into an outside based SF..

btw... im in your league

Yeah I hear what your saying. I tried 1on1 for forwards for the past two weeks and thoguh he poped in JS, HD AND DV, his DMI fell by 10k points. He's a natural center and along with Nestor Draper, I'll train ID until the AS break and carry on with IS until the season is over. Next year I'll go with RB, SB, and FT.

Thanks for letting me know, I really was unaware of GS affect on DMI. I'll be more careful with mins from now on. :)
