Hi!
Is it possible to make a player like Rajon Rondo in BB? PG with good rebounding, IS, handling and passing but not necessarily good JS or JR. What would be his optimal height (if not 6'3)?

Yes, it's definitely possible. Rondo's you would have to train passing and driving a lot (training passing also trains driving a little).
I would try to have driving within 2 levels of his passing, and rebounding/inside shot/outside defense always withing 2 levels of driving.
Jump Shot within 2 levels of these.
Jump Range not important, but exactly like rondo, if you have all those skills set and you start training JR, he would be unguardable.

So you want to create a player like this:

Rajon Rondo
Jump Shot: prominent_____Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: marvelous___Handling: marvelous
Driving: marvelous________Passing: marvelous
Inside Shot: prominent____ Inside Def.: average
Rebounding: prominent ___ Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: proficient_______ Free Throws: respectable

or the more affordable version:

Rajon Rondo
Jump Shot: strong_______ Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: sensational__Handling: sensational
Driving: sensational_______Passing: sensational
Inside Shot: strong_______ Inside Def.: average
Rebounding: strong ______ Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: proficient_______ Free Throws: respectable

He shoots free throws like a 7 foot centre. Or a little girl.

But that's nitpicking.

Simple answer: no. If your guard is a poor jump shooter he will shoot a woeful % and probably won't even get that many assists. Expect <35%, even 25%. This game does not allow you to create true point guards. You can check for such players in the TL and see what their numbers are like.

What I noticed was that some new people in the game compare it to the NBA and you can't really do that IMO.

Well as long as you're happy to settle for whatever you can get. But this is a basketball simulation so everyone has some expectation of how closely it reflects their understanding of the real thing.

And the 7 foot center in your avatar shoots them like a 6'2 shooting guard
