I am in my second season in USA D4 and I want to promote this year. I was the 2cd best team in my league last year but lost to the D3 relegate. This year, again I am the 2cd best team in my league, second only to the D3 relegate. For those in D3 or higher, could you give me some advice on my team. I have quality bigs, quality gaurds, well balanced, and good depth. What do I need to improve to win my league and become a legitimate D3 team. I will be looking on the TL to add a player before the playoff, but what type of player should I add to my team. Any advice would be appreciated.

I don't think you're as far from promoting as you might think. His players' gameshape is very poor. So poor that he doesn't put up very good ratings considering the salary of his team. If you can get your starters in strong/proficient gameshape with a high enthusiasm of 10 or so, I think you'd have a very good chance to beat him even with your current team. Also, you might not want to play a 2-3 zone against a Princeton next time you play him.
