I have seen a lot of active since the last 12 hours or so, where people discuss their drafts.

have these 2 options become available for some countries already??

Scouting Combine

Group Demonstration

Or are people just discussing the single player scouting reports they pulled???

Scouting Combine and Group Demonstration will be available after the next financial update, i.e. Monday

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.
