I have a player in my team that I have been training since 18 years old as a PG, I was thinking of keep training him as guard throughout this season and maybe the next one too. But I also find it very tempting to make him a balanced SF

Jump Shot: prodigious ↑ Jump Range: prolific
Outside Def.: wondrous Handling: tremendous
Driving: tremendous Passing: sensational
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: proficient
Rebounding: pitiful Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: awful Free Throw: strong

I know it would take some time to get his rebounding skill up, but I ask you guys, would it be worth it to make him a balanced SF or would I have better use for him as guard if I would train him as guard the whole time? oh yes he is 22 years old

If he is already 22, I would just continue training his gaurd skills.

well, what's his height?

I doubt wou'll be able to make him a balanced SF; you caould turn him into an ouside-focusedd SF though. I doubt training rebounding is the way to go for him, anyway - ID and IS could help him more, and you'd be able to play him at both PG and SF afterwards.

Now, the potential could also play a role, as he might cap soon, depending on the potential level.

Forget ID. Training IS to profalic would be beneficial though, and would not take to long.

Maybe, but I'd get his OD up some more before you worry about that. He has plenty of time to train, so finish up his guard skills before you worry about making him a SF.
