Just wondering whether draft order is based on wins or ranking? E.g. if the season ended now in my league, (12681), would I get 4th pick for being the stronger 7th place team, or 6th pick for having more wins than half the Great 8?

after wins I believe PD is used as a tie breaker if teams are equal on wins
