if I have scouting points this season and i dont use them ...can i use these scouting points in another season ???

I'm assuming things are the same as last season. Points have to be used by the last Saturday of the season which is the 9th Jan. In which case points given on the 3rd Jan will be for this seasons draft and points given on the 10th Jan will be for next seasons draft.
