If I play my best rebounder at PF....does that damage my overall ratings as compared to if I started him at Center?
Am I losing some of his skill?

Well your C will probably have a bit less rebounds than usual, but that's fine because what your C doesn't pull down, your PF will.

i have noticed this ''thing'' too and i am unpleased because my best rebounder has atrocious handling and he loses like 4-5 balls per game like this:(
