I entered my mobile number in the preferences page so I could get notices about bookmarked players. It said it would send a confirmation code to the number (which I have to enter on the preferences page for the changes to take effect) but it's been a couple of hours and still no code. I tried changing it to my email address too and still no code was sent to my email. Please help! The new supporter feature is not very useful if I can't get my mobile synced up.

Your mobile number wont work. Every mobile provider has a different way of forwarding emails to their phone users. You should check with them how to do that. For example, some providers use 123456789@provider.net kind of email, and some allow you to register your own like username@provider.net .

I figured out how to send textl to my phone. I even tested it from my home email account and received it just fine on my phone. However, I am not receiving the confirmation text.

Your provider may be blocking emails from commissioner@buzzerbeater.com. In that case, there's nothing we can do.
Btw, I checked if our cofirrmation code works and it does.
