I have a player who is consistently in foul trouble. Would training Ball Handling help reduce the amount of fouls my players get?

training up his defense should help you, but there is a also an assumption about a hidden aggressiveness "skill" which causes players to committ and draw more fouls than an average player would do

Yes! defense will help him commit less defensive fouls.

Yes,of course defense helps.

But what is hidden aggressiveness "skill"? Will it increasing or decreasing in a different season?
Will the player make others injure easiler? That's great-,-...I would like to have one of this player?
