Would picking up a cheap PR guy with one of these skills make a big different in player performance in games? Is there a percentage amount that it increases, or do you just take it at face value and hope for the best?

i used to have lvl 3or 4 pr manager with crowd involvement skill. his salary was ~14k and my atendance increase in cash was 13.5k, so i decided to fire him, not worth it and i dont regret. probably its percentage increase so the higher league you in the more impact he does.

i havent lost 21 games straight during season in ~15 of them i had pr manager:D so atleast in my league it doesnt work for sure

I'm interested in how much your players played better with crowd involvement at home games, to solidify a longer run in the playoffs. I am not concerned with how he affects my attendance.

I don't think anybody can quantify the extra points your team can gain from having crowd involvement speciality PR manager and having to play at your home court. But it can't be very high, like 10. I think it'd be around 5. But again, this is my random guess. But what I know is that when it comes to close games, these play an important role. I think it's worth having PR managers with these speciality.

There are always an abundance of cheap PR guys with both of these specialties. I would just spend the $1-30k on a competent crowd involvement PR guy with a $7-10k salary. It's definitely worth it.
