With the age change happening, and a new draft on our doorstep, it seems like a good time to look back and see how the previous draft class has been developing. Much like last season, I've put together some rough rankings for the best Canadian 19 year old prospects. These rankings are based on a player's development from a U21 point of view, so potential is only accounted for in a minor way. To make the NT in the distant future, it looks like MVP+ potential will likely be needed everywhere eventually (except maybe SF), which isn't reflected at all in the following lists.
Guard Rankings (PG, SG, Guard-type SFs)
1. Delain Sanderson;

(17667071)Special Denny Hall category (Not on pace for U21 right now, due to being created late last season, but still uber-prospect with a possible NT future)
1. Denny Hall
(18665337)The actual numeric rankings don't mean much at this point, with so much development time left. Still, those are some of the main names to watch from last season's draft, and hopefully a solid U21 core emerges from this group.
