Hi,

Like many other users i assume I have a level 10 trainer named allan dubois. I hired him seven or eight weeks ago i think. I guess that he is gone a fall to level 9 in only few time and a level 10 trainer is available until tomorrow so do you think it's a good idea to operate a swich of trainer. how long a trainer stays at a same level?
I would like to have some other advice on that point.

thaks

All of your staff will see their skills go down over time. It represents them losing their enthusiasm for a job over time, so don't worry about it too much.

And there is absolutely no value in firing a level 9 coach to replace him with a level 10 coach. The difference in performance will be negligible.

nope, I also have Allan Dubois, and I'm keeping him!
:)

Ofcourse your trainer can drop tomorrow, or maybe in a few days, but maybe he won't drp for another 5 weks... who will tell. I guess nobody, I even think that a BB can't even tell you. ;)

If you are afraid of having a trainer with less than level 10 for a week or two, you might switch... but then again, who says your new trainer won't drop before Allan does? (evilgrin)

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.

I've asked before, but there was no answer: any ideas how much time it takes for staff to drop a level?

It's more or less random.

For example, my Allan Dubois is still 10, while the OPs is now 9

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke
Charles: Penn has some good people
A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

The word is, I imagine, about coaches that have been hired around the beginning of season 1?

I really don't know...all of my staff are relatively new.

Not true, read again. The other poster is guessing that Dubois will fall to 9 soon. (With no actual basis for this guess).

All Allan Dubois out there will drop at that same time. Currently, all of them are 10s.

My reading comprehension issues aside (I fail hard), it IS random.

Not all of them will fall the same week.

There is random where they will all fall within a comparable range of time and random where they can fall at any time. I doubt it is the second case. It's bad for gameplay.
