You can't one position train for all types of training. When people talk about about one position training they mean when that option is available.

Check Pressure, for example. You can train PG or PG/SG or PG/SG/SF. The same is applicable for many other trainings.

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

Say you have 3 good PG trainees. You will train alot of Pressure, Passing, Jump Range.. All 3 of those things you can train just PG position. If you are training Jump Shot the only option is guards instead of just PG. If you were only training Jump Shot for a full season it would be wise to have at least 5 decent guard prospects so you can get max training value out of your 3 weekly games.

Thanks guys...its too bad cause JS seemed like a good option, and I wasted all last season training that, only to get like 2 pops. Ill switch it to something different, thanks again guys.

What?

How old were these players?

Were you just training wingmen?

An entire season and only two pops?

I never quite understood why pressure can only be one position trained by PG. Does anyone have a rational explanation?

Cheers

No, pressure can be trained by PG, PG/SG, PG/SG/SF, so alltogether it gives 3 different options.
