While I'm learning more about BB, I keep upgrading my trainees for a past couple of seasons. I train mostly OD cause of the new arrivals, so I never seem to polish off rest of the skills. Now I have a 20yo, two 19 yo and three 18 yo. Is this a viable option or am I better off having trainees of same age/skill?
The problem is I couldn't get a good value for my older trainees at this point because of their lopsidedness, but if I round them off, the 18 yos will get economically unprofitable training in the start of their career i.e. JS, JR and they're, as you might imagine, better than the older ones were at this stage. Alternatively I might shape two older ones in SFs and keep them, but it would mean training IS on 6 footers for at least half a season, which is a waste.
Have you experience similar situation, have you got any suggestions?
Thank you!
