Generally speaking, how many pops can get a 26 years old, of course potential is not a problem, reach in 1 season?

Are you asking about main skill, or pops in general? Because the latter has a lot to do with what you're training, as well as sublevels, what level trainer you have, etc.

This guy trained 2 and 3 position training from about 20-25. Then when he turned 26 I decided to try 1 position training for the first time. He was included almost every week and popped 8 times in the season.

thats nice! But I guess that's only because he had very high subs.

I was speaking pops in general, i know secondaries are more difficult to pop (that's also because of height).
