well I think some inside training might benefit him even though he''l stay a SG.
having realy low inside defense might hurt your team if your opponents knows about it and if planning against it.
his outsides are already nice, his handling is up high enough, his passing might get 2 more levels.
noce you have him at mediocre ID and his passing at strong, get him 2 more levels or rebounding as well. it counts in the team ratings, and SGs with more rebounding do grab a lot more boards, which should not be underestimated.
the fact he is bigger then the average guard will make it possible to get him some of this inside training, without overdonig it.
If that is all complete I'd focus on outside shooting and pressing training util he has his potential.
