I´d like to have the option to exclude players from training. Especially on two position training it tends to happen that I have to put a player on a training position that I do not want to train. Reason is the increase in salary, that can kill you economy or forces you to sell a player just because he becomes too expensive.

This isn't realistic, in practice it wouldn't be to hard to say 'hey you! You're good enough at this, go sit on the bench' it could be useful...
