Is this player a foul machine?

Game 1 (35 mins played) [6 fouls]
Game 2 (9 mins played) [3 fouls]
Game 3 (19 mins played) [5 fouls]
Game 4 (29 mins played) [6 fouls]
Game 5 (10 mins played) [2 fouls]
Game 6 ( 0 mins played) [1 foul]
Game 7 (41 mins played) [6 fouls]

Hes a newly bought trainee. I've only had him for one game. Is he worth training considering the potential difficulty in getting minutes?
What should i do?

You might as well keep him and try to train him since you paid way too much money to buy him. And seeing how he has a salary <$3000 it will take a lot of work. But to minimize fouling you can play with a slower tactice like patient or low post to try to limit the number of possessions in the game. And start with OD which is probably quite low. Once that gets up to average he will be fouling less.

41minutes isn't the end of the world. It will be more difficult to train him because he's aggressive, and this just comes with the territory.

From the looks of the match ratings where he played SF and PF in his former team, I'm guessing his ID is really quite low, so it won't do you any good to play him out of position on defense. Training up his OD should reduce the number of good looks the opposing players get against him, and one could assume it may reduce the number of situations he'd be prone to fouling.

I'm guessing he has decent passing and JS though, at least from his performance in your SC, so you may end up with a decent player on your hands when all is said and done. But you're in for a long stretch of frustrating training.
